What if I don’t like the photos?
If you are unhappy with the results from your photography session, I am happy to schedule a reshoot for you. The deposit, however, is NOT refundable.
Am I responsible for my own Hair/Makeup/Outfit?
Yes. While I am happy to recommend options for you in regards to styling it is your responsibility to come prepared for your session. I have props, costumes that are available to clients on request at no extra charge.
If you would like recommendations for a hair and make-up artist I have a few that I work with. Charges WILL apply for their services unless it’s for a current promotion in conjunction with my packages.
Who decides what we do for my photoshoot?
Your photoshoot is for you and we will work together to identify your intention and inspiration for wanting to be photographed. Once you have contacted me then we will consult via email/phone/in person to discuss the details and get to know eachother. I will send you a questionnaire which you can complete that will guide me in helping you.
Can I choose my preferred shooting locations?
Yes. I love location shoots and am willing to travel at NO EXTRA COST FOR UP TO 100KM from Perth City, Western Australia.
Can I choose to shoot in a professional studio?
Yes, however, you will be required to make the booking and pay for the use of a studio.
I want to do boudoir but I hate my bedroom, where can we shoot?
I offer boudoir photography sessions from my home with full access to props, costumes, chairs and privacy. The best time to book for these sessions is after 9am-2pm on weekdays and on weekends by request.
Alternatively, keep an eye out for upcoming luxury boudoir photography events which I’ll be holding periodically at luxury locations!
What happens if the weather is unfavourable on the day of the shoot?
In the event that the weather is terribly shit, either too hot, cold or too wet and continuing with the session is unpreferred, I am happy to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.
There is a minimum allowance for drizzling rain that I am prepared to work with if you decide to explore the possibilities of working with what nature throws at us. It’s totally YOUR CALL. ( If it’s really shit, though, and weather won’t permit us sneaking a photoshoot safely then I reserve the right to reschedule.)
How much retouching do you do to the photographs?
I am light-handed in my editing unless it is requested by the client for extreme modifying or manipulation. I do not encourage or advocate for that kind of retouching in my process as I believe that it hinders the opportunity to be authentic.
How do you deliver the photos?
About a week or two after your photography session we will meet up again for a viewing of your final digital images. You will be able to select the ones you wish to keep on your USB Keepsake and make your selection for your fine art prints. Once your prints arrive I will deliver them in person or they can be picked up from North Perth.
(Online viewing is available in the event that meeting up is near impossible)
I need to cancel my photography session, what is your cancellation fee?
Um, I don’t have one….
Look, the thing is I figure that if I didn’t provide you with any actual service then why would I hold you down with a cancellation fee. You might be canceling me because your kid fell down a chimney, your cat has a fever, you found a cheaper photographer or you won the lottery and you are leaving for Paris tomorrow…. either way, if I did nothing but put your name in my appointment book and you cancel… NO FEE.
What if you (The Photographer) cancel?
I will always try to give my clients the most amount of time possible in the event I need to cancel. I have three kids, two dogs, two cats and a Husband and a Mother…. I’m also a human so I understand that sometimes things happen that are unforeseeable. This is why I won’t charge a booking fee.
But seriously, if I had to cancel for any reason it would be a good one. I absolutely love what I do and when plans don’t go to plan it bums me out, I will always try my best to reschedule with you.
Can I ask for a customized package?
Yes, you can ask. I’m more than happy to hear requests and will endeavour to see what can be done to suit the situation.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
I don’t ask for a booking fee. However, on the day of your photography session, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due which comes off the total of the balance of your chosen package.
Can I upgrade to a different package?

Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer and Paypal. Payment Plans are available.
Can I bring a partner or friend to my photoshoot for support?
Hell yes! If I was going to a photoshoot I’d be definitely bringing moral support! However, to ensure an easy work flow it is preferred that you only bring 1 person.
Can I bring my kids to the photoshoot?
I don’t have anything against kids, but I have three who can be a real pain the ass. I’d prefer that children were not tagging along to your photography session as it can be a huge distraction and stress point which could affect the outcome of your photographs. If your babysitter cancels at the last minute, I’d honestly rather reschedule to another time that suits. This way your photography session can stay about YOU!
How long does a typical session go for?
I like to book in about 1-2hrs for each session, depending on what package you indicated. In case I haven’t mentioned, I LOVE taking people’s photos! I like being able to offer a variety of positions, locations, costumes/outfits and I LOVE getting to know my clients! I want plenty of time for me to spend giving my clients my undivided attention they can be rest assured that they will have a selection of photographs that they will love and cherish.
